  2. Take a Quick Face Scan: Using the camera on your smartphone, tablet, or computer, take a 3D scan or photo of your face. The tool precisely maps your key facial structures, including your nose bridge, cheekbones, and jawline.
  3. Get Your Personal Match: Within seconds, our AI algorithms compare your facial geometry and comfort preferences against our complete mask inventory to recommend the optimal mask style and size for you.

Fitting Fee & Credit: There is a $10 fee for the AI virtual fitting service. When you purchase your mask through My CPAP Shop, the full $10 will be applied directly as a credit toward your purchase.

Your Privacy First: Your photo is used exclusively to generate mathematical measurement data for sizing. We do not store or share your facial images.

    For prescription devices, you upload your prescription through a secure third-party form after placing your order. It is never stored on this website.

  3. We review, then ship

    Your prescription is reviewed before the order is released for shipping. Nothing is sent to our supplier until that review is complete.

Do I need a prescription for this item?

Machines, masks and humidifiers require a valid prescription. Accessories such as tubing and filters do not.

How do I send my prescription?

Place your order first. We will send you a secure link to upload it, and your order waits until we have reviewed it.

Where do you ship?

We ship within Virginia only. If your address is outside Virginia, checkout will let you know.
