A small Virginia supplier for CPAP equipment and supplies

My CPAP Shop LLC sells CPAP machines, masks, tubing, filters and replacement parts to customers in Virginia. We are an independent medical equipment supplier, not a pharmacy chain and not a marketplace reseller.

We are a cash-pay store. That means you buy your equipment directly from us at the price shown, without going through an insurance claim. It also means we do not bill Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance on your behalf. Some customers find this simpler and faster than working through a benefits claim; others will be better served by a supplier who bills their plan. We would rather you knew that before you order than after.

How we handle prescriptions

CPAP machines and most masks are prescription devices under U.S. FDA rules. When an order includes one, we ask for a copy of your prescription and hold the order until a person here has read it and released it. Nothing is sent to our supplier automatically.

Your prescription does not get stored on this website. It goes into a separate HIPAA-compliant system, and the order here only ever records that a valid prescription was received. There is more detail on our HIPAA Notice page, and the step-by-step version is on How prescriptions work.

What we sell, and what we do not

We stock CPAP therapy equipment and its consumable parts. We do not supply oxygen therapy, and we do not service or repair equipment — machines are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty, and we help you file that claim. See our Warranty page.

We do not give medical advice. We can tell you whether a mask fits a particular machine, what is in the box and how often a part is normally replaced. Anything about your pressure settings, your therapy or your diagnosis belongs with your doctor or sleep specialist.
