How prescriptions work

  1. Choose your supplies

    Add the items you need to your cart. Accessories that do not require a prescription check out as normal.

  2. Send your prescription

    For prescription devices, you upload your prescription through a secure third-party form after placing your order. It is never stored on this website.

    Prescription Privacy Notice: Your health privacy is our priority. All medical prescriptions uploaded to Mycpapshop.us.com are bypass-routed directly into a secure, HIPAA-compliant database managed by Hipaatizer. Your medical information is fully encrypted and is never stored on standard e-commerce servers.

  3. We review, then ship

    Your prescription is reviewed before the order is released for shipping. Nothing is sent to our supplier until that review is complete.

Don't have a prescription? No problem.

Visit our friends at SWsleepinc.com to get your sleep study done in the comfort of your home. Once the study is complete, they will send over the prescription and we will get you setup with your supplies.

Questions about prescriptions

Do I need a prescription for this item?

Machines, masks and humidifiers require a valid prescription. Accessories such as tubing and filters do not.

How do I send my prescription?

Place your order first. We will send you a secure link to upload it, and your order waits until we have reviewed it.

Where do you ship?

We ship within Virginia only. If your address is outside Virginia, checkout will let you know.

Who reviews my prescription?

Every prescription is reviewed by hand by a Respiratory Therapist before an order is released. Nothing ships automatically.
