Before you write to us
Do not send your prescription by email. Email is not a secure way to send medical documents. Prescriptions are uploaded through the secure link we send with your order — see How prescriptions work.
We cannot advise on your therapy. Questions about your pressure settings, your diagnosis or whether CPAP is right for you belong with your doctor or sleep specialist. We can help with equipment, compatibility, orders and shipping.
For a repair or a fault, start with our Warranty page. Machines are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and we will help you file the claim.
