Warranty Policy
Manufacturer warranty
Manufacturer Warranty Disclosure: My CPAP Shop LLC does not personally offer technical repair or warranty services. All CPAP machines sold on Mycpapshop.us.com are backed exclusively by the official manufacturer's warranty (typically 2 years from the date of purchase). In the event that your equipment experiences a mechanical failure, please contact our support team to help you file a warranty repair claim directly with the manufacturer. Loaner machines are not provided during the repair window.
What this means in practice
The manufacturer, not us, decides whether a fault is covered and whether a unit is repaired or replaced. What we do is help you get the claim in front of them properly: we hold the proof of purchase, we know what was in the box, and we can tell you what they will ask for.
Plan for the machine to be away for the length of the repair. We do not lend replacement machines, so if being without one is not an option for you, speak to your doctor or sleep specialist about a short-term alternative.
What a warranty does not cover
Warranties cover mechanical failure. They generally do not cover:
- Consumable parts — masks, cushions, tubing, filters and humidifier chambers all wear out on a normal schedule and are replaced, not repaired.
- Damage from dropping the machine, spills, or running it without a filter.
- Damage from cleaning methods the manufacturer does not approve, including ozone and UV cleaning devices.
- Equipment bought from someone else. We can only support machines bought here.
Starting a claim
Contact us with your order number and a short description of what the machine is doing — the noise it makes, the message on the screen, when it started. Photographs or a short video help.
Phone: (804) 302-2565
Email: support@mycpapshop.us.com
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm ET
We open a ticket with the manufacturer for you. The machine will ultimately be sent to us at 13926 Hull Street Rd, PMB 3008, Midlothian, VA 23112, but please contact us first and wait until we ask you to send it.
If your equipment arrived already damaged or did not work from the first use, tell us that specifically — it is handled differently from a fault that appears later. See Shipping and Returns.

If anything on this page is unclear, ask us before you order. We would rather answer a question than process a return.
